Data Deletion

How to request deletion of an Atlas Find account and data associated with that account.

1. Submit a request

• Send an email from the address used for your Atlas Find account to [email protected].
• Use the subject “Atlas Find Data Deletion Request”.
• Include your account email address and state whether you also want connected Instagram authorization data removed.

2. Data that may be deleted

• Atlas Find user account and profile information.
• CRM company records, notes, tasks, activities and sales information.
• AI analysis results and prepared message drafts associated with the account.
• Instagram connection data, stored authorization information and CRM conversation records associated with the connected feature.
• Contact requests submitted through the public website and associated technical records, subject to applicable retention obligations.

3. Processing time

After the request is verified, relevant data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, normally no later than 30 days. Limited records that must be retained by law may be kept for the required period.

4. Revoke Instagram access

You can disconnect Instagram from Atlas Find and can also revoke Atlas Find access from the apps and websites permissions area of your Instagram/Meta account.

5. Request status

You can ask for the status of your deletion request in the same email thread used to submit it.
